Innovative MES system for plastics processing
Müller presented an MES system (Manufacturing Execution System) generated specifically for the plastics processing industry and by ITS in Dingolfing, which offers customized solutions for the industry.
This system makes it possible to link parameter data from the injection molding machines (SGM) with measured values from the automation cell.
This integration is a decisive step towards optimizing the production processes at the Gunzenhausen site.
Increased efficiency through precise error analysis
The system presented allows users to assign faults detected after the injection molding process directly to the production machine.
