As the main sponsor of the 17th SAR Cup, we at SAR are proud to have witnessed an outstanding soccer festival. Over 1,100 enthusiastic spectators provided a breathtaking backdrop in the hall and cheered the teams on loudly. The hosts, FC Dingolfing, came out on top with an impressive performance and were crowned the winners. The tournament offered pure excitement, especially for the eventual winner. After a difficult group stage, FC Dingolfing fought their way through to the final with team spirit and determination. There they finally triumphed against 1. FC Passau and lifted the trophy. The joy of the team and the fans at this success was palpable and showed what the SAR Cup is all about: passion, team spirit and top-class soccer.

FC Dingolfing wins the SAR Cup – A tournament full of emotion and excitement
At the award ceremony, not only the teams but also outstanding individual players were honored. We congratulate Ben Kouame from FC Dingolfing for being voted best player of the tournament and Christian Wagner from ASV Burglengenfeld, who was honored as best goalkeeper. The top scorers were Leopold Knauer (ASV Burglengenfeld), Michael Lummer and Brian Wagner (both SpVgg Hankofen-Hailing) – an impressive trio! We would like to thank all the teams, spectators and helpers who made this tournament an unforgettable experience. The SAR Cup stands for exciting matches, emotional moments and the coming together of the regional soccer family – and we are already looking forward to the next edition of this special event!
