New user interface for the KNEXT FutureCafé

The SAR Group has successfully completed the development and implementation of a modern user interface for ordering and payment processes in the KNEXT FutureCafé. The project aims to create an intuitive and efficient platform that automates the entire ordering and payment process while enabling centralized management and analysis of operational data.

The user interface, developed with Angular, is dynamic and responsive, providing customers with a seamless ordering experience at the three ordering terminals provided in the FutureCafé. Customers can conveniently place their orders and complete payments directly at the terminal. You can also find the details of the project in our flyer!

The interface has been specially tailored to the requirements of the KNEXT FutureCafé to ensure ease of use.

System integration

A COM server ensures seamless communication between the user interface, the machine and the database.

Future security

In a later project phase, the integration of a Kafka interface is planned to enable the transfer of data to the SAR Group for further analysis. This data will be used to optimize operations and make better decisions.

This solution not only makes day-to-day operations in the KNEXT FutureCafé more efficient, but also lays the foundation for future expansions and technological developments. The continuous analysis of the collected data will enable a constant improvement of the customer experience.
